Grammie's Best Banana Muffins

Grammie's muffins are amazingly delicious, and have a secret (shhhh). 

Even finicky grown-ups will never know the banana muffin secret! 

Start with your favorite boxed banana muffin mix. (I like Krusteaz)

Follow box directions for ingredients

Add two mashed, ripe bananas

Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of kale powder.  (Two tablespoons is roughly equal to six servings of kale)

Bake as directed.

You will not be able to see or taste the kale if you use powder.  You can use any super green powder, but I use only 100% pure kale powder because kale is the most nutritious of the green powders.
